The approximate rental total is based on the information provided at the time of making your reservation. The minimum age to rent or drive one of our units is 18 years old, there will be an additional charge if the driver is between 18 and 24 years old. Rights and obligations of the parties

The contracting parties recognize compliance with all the provisions of this contract as enforceable rights, regulating their consent by the observance of the following obligations:

In compliance with this contract, the lessor agrees to:

(a) Deliver the leased vehicle in optimal conditions of use, considering the fuel necessary for this purpose; the day, time and place agreed by the parties.

(b) Receive the vehicle with the same level of fuel with which it was delivered to the lessee, in accordance with what is indicated by the fuel gauge of the leased vehicle and which will be established in the Annex to this instrument. In the event that the Renter does not return it with the same amount of fuel, he will pay the lessor the cost of the missing fuel at the market price plus the charge for the refueling service indicated in the Annex.

(c) To receive the leased vehicle, indicating to the lessee, if applicable, that the vehicle is received to their full satisfaction; Otherwise, you must state in the act of reception the reasons for your proceeding.

(d) Return to the lessee, within the time stipulated for this purpose, the amount granted as a guarantee deposit under the terms established in the eighth clause of this contract.

For the purposes of this contract, the obligations of the lessee are:

(a) Pay the lessor the agreed rent of the leased vehicle in a timely manner, without payment requirement and under the conditions established in this contract.

(b) Drive, at all times, the leased vehicle, under the protection of the respective license, granted by the competent authorities; respecting the Traffic Regulations and Laws at the Federal, Local or Municipal level. The lessee must only allow the people who are expressly authorized to do so in the Annex to this contract to drive the leased vehicle.

(c) Not drive the vehicle while drunk or under the influence of drugs.

(d) Not make use of the vehicle for profit, nor sublet it.

(e) Do not use the leased vehicle to tow trailers and do not overload it, using it according to its resistance and normal capacity.

(f) Keep the vehicle in the state you received it, except for normal wear and tear from use.

(g) Do not drive or transport explosive or flammable materials, drugs or narcotics inside the vehicle.

(h) Pay the amount of the sanctions that were imposed for violation of the Traffic Regulations or any other, even after the term of the contract has concluded, if the infraction originated during the time in which the leased vehicle was available to the tenant.

(i) Not to use the vehicle in a manner different from what was agreed, nor in any way that implies damage to the vehicle for driving it improperly, for making it travel on roads that are not suitable according to the characteristics of the car or for participating in races or other tests. . (j) Do not sublet the vehicle under this contract to third parties without the prior consent of the lessor.

(k) Provide the lessor with truthful information and original documentation for the purpose of entering into this contract.
