Premium Return:

When you return the car, you do not need to get out of it, we take you to the terminal to take your flight, directly in the car you rented, and we send you by e-mail your closed contract. If there is damage or any problem and the client must get out of the car, we take care of it in a separate window and faster, without lines.

*In case the car has a problem, you will have to present yourself at the office, but you will be attended to in a special booth, no need to wait in line.

Premium Service:

We set aside a specially dedicated counter to serve you, you set the day and time, and we have your contract pre-opened and the car ready for you to use. No queues, no waiting time. Premium Service also includes Premium Return. At Hertz Mexico, we value your time.
